After more than a 15-year successful track record of developing the Music Crossroads program in Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe, we believe we have a strong, standardized concept and structure with common objectives and values which could easily be adapted in other countries and world regions.

Adding new countries to the program would involve carefully discerning how Music Crossroads could concretely assist and support young musicians and, in the long term, the music industry in a given country - assessing each potential partner's overall objectives, values and organizational capacity, and defining how necessary resources may be deployed.

Through participatory decision-making from more and culturally diverse countries and regions, Music Crossroads would continue to evolve its youth-empowerment through music program over time.
