"Bab Kubwa!!! that has been my experience working as a volunteer for Music Crossroads Tanzania! I was part of the team for the Arusha festival and the one in Dar helping out in various tasks. It was great seeing the young musicians picking up the instrumental skills in the workshops and listening carefully to the advice given to them on their stage performace, from the more traditional ngoma groups to the coolest fusion in bongo flava. For me, it has been very inspiring working with the many many talented musicians Tanzania has and of course with the energetic Music Crossroads team"
