Having been connected to Music Crossroads for several years, Konkalazi finally won the Music Crossroads Malawi National Finals in 2012, going on to compete in the Music Crossroads International Festival in Maputo, Mozambique where again they placed first, taking back the title for Malawi.

As part of the prize they will be embarking on a one month European tourin June:

4 -> 8 June : School concert in San Cugat (Spain)
9 June : Concert at 22h in Banyoles (Spain)
10 June : School concert in San Cugat (Spain)
11 June : Conversation with young people at MuzyQ location in Amsterdam. Time: 20.00-22.00
12 ->14 June : School concerts in Amsterdam (The Netherlands)
15 June : Exchange with youth from The Music School Amsterdam.
18 June : concert in Sweden (TBC)
19 -> 21 June : Sweden (TBC)
22 -> 25 June : UKM festival in Trondheim (Norway)
