The Music Crossroads IRF is the ultimate platform for up and
coming southern African bands to launch their musical careers. Part of
Music Crossroads Southern Africa, the largest youth empowerment program
in Sub-Saharan Africa, we bring you behind the scenes of the 2008
edition held in Lilongwe Malawi, introducing you to some of the up and
coming bands showcased from Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and
Zimbabwe, as well as the workshops, cultural events, jam sessions,
festivities and celebrations that surround the main stage event. The
Music Crossroads IRF is no average music festival. It is a complete
life experience that goes beyond the competition and show, bringing
youth together and changing lives forever...
